The Science of Happiness is a biweekly podcast produced by the GGSC and PRX. On each episode, UC Berkeley psychologist and host Dr. Dacher Keltner invites a guest to try a positive psychology practice shown to boost emotional well-being, improve relationships, promote compassion, or reduce stress. The guest shares their experience with Dacher, and we hear from scientists about why these practices work.

Happiness Break is an ongoing series from GGSC and PRX to complement our longer, narrative-driven format of The Science of Happiness and further serve and support our audience by providing small doses of happiness practices by focusing on the instructions of how to do the practice in real time, while continuing to explain the science behind why they work.
