Gratitude Research Grant Winners

The cornerstone of the Expanding Gratitude project has been its support of groundbreaking research that took the study of gratitude in new and innovative directions.

After several far-reaching requests for proposals, the GGSC distributed more than $3.5 million in funding to researchers across the country, including university faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and graduate students.

Faculty Grants

We provided $3 million in grants to 14 leading researchers from psychology, neuroscience, and other fields.
Dissertation Awards

Fourteen graduate students received awards to support their work on gratitude.
Postdoctoral Fellows

Three promising postdoctoral scholars are building on the initial findings from our faculty grant winners.
