CCT is an evidence-based training developed at the Center for Compassion, Altruism, Research and Education at Stanford that draws on contemplative traditions as well as contemporary scientific research and psychological theory.

In this 9-week training, you will learn skills to expand and enhance your innate capacity for compassion and good will. The training includes:

About Erika Rosenberg:

Erika Rosenberg, Ph.D. is a senior teacher of CCT and contributor to the development the CCT curriculum at Stanford University. Dr. Rosenberg brings decades of experience writing and teaching compassion and other contemplative programs in mainstream settings including Universities, corporations, health care, and Diverse public forums throughout the U.S. and abroad.
