The Mindful Awareness Weekend Retreat

A weekend for beginners and experts to practice mindfulness meditation.

Research studies in mindfulness have shown this practice to be a stress reducer, attention improver, immune system booster, emotional re-activity reducer, and general health promoter. This retreat, based on this research, will give attendees the opportunity to experience:

  • Walking, sitting and eating meditation
  • Guidance, lecture and instruction from teachers
  • Cultivating positive emotions
  • Mindful speaking and listening
