Introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion.

This meeting is intended to be an introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion, and by the end you will depart with:

  • 4 - 5 self-compassion practices to immediately incorporate into your day-to-day life
  • a lived experience of the physiological benefits of mindful self-compassion, including decreased stress and increased ease and enjoyment of your day
  • neurobiological explanation of mindfulness & self-compassion, and how the practice can re-wire the brain
