This conference aims to identify and evaluate the different ethical positions advanced in Buddhist texts

Researchers in mainstream philosophy and psychology have begun to research the Buddhist ethical discourse on various topics, such as the nature of the persons, freedom, attention training, and emotional regulation. Additionally, the growth of Buddhist ethics as a discipline has influenced Western methods of dealing with contemporary issues and problems.
